Below are the dates for our upcoming Come and Learn sessions. Each session will require a booking, and closer to the date, 15 slots per class will be made available for each session.

In support of our working parents, we have made the decision to hold one Come and See session at the end of the year. This change is intended to give more families the opportunity to attend and engage with their child’s learning in a meaningful way.

Message to Parents: Clarification About Come and Learn Bookings and Parents’ Evening Appointments

Dear Parents and Carers,

We would like to offer some clarification regarding recent booking emails.

You may have received an automatic email titled “Parents’ Evening Reminder” after booking a place for the Come and Learn session. This email also shows a 10‑minute slot.
Please note that this is incorrect and relates only to how our current booking system displays sessions.

• Come and Learn sessions are 45 minutes long, and you will attend the full session as advertised on the Year Group pages and in the newsletter.
• The 10‑minute times shown in the automated email do not apply to Come and Learn.

However, the Parents’ Evening appointments on the 17th and 19th are correct and are genuine 10‑minute slots. These appointments are separate from Come and Learn and should be followed as booked.

We limit Come and Learn bookings to 15 parents per class to ensure all children can take part fully. We are also reviewing our administration and booking system so that these messages are clearer in the future.
