RE- sharing family photo's 03/11/25

Dear Parents and Carers,

After the half term break, as part of our RE learning, we would love the children to share photos of their families. These can be brought in physically or uploaded to Tapestry.

We’ll be sharing and discussing these on Monday 3rd November, so please ensure they are sent in or uploaded before then.

Reading - Books are changed every Friday

During the Autumn term, we kindly ask that you focus on reading regularly with your child. Reading together has a huge impact on developing their vocabulary, understanding of words, and enjoyment of books.

In the Spring term, we will be sending home learning books and activity grids for the children to complete, which will further support their learning at home.

Next week, 24/10/25, the children will be learning and exploring the meanings of the following vocabulary words as part of their lessons:

unique, number bonds, addition, picasso, family, community, same, different

We would really appreciate it if you could take some time to talk about these words with your child at home. Discussing their meanings and using them in everyday conversation will help your child build confidence and be ready to use them in class.
