The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) governs how we handle personal data and we are committed to upholding the high security and privacy standards set by GDPR. 

In accordance with our obligations under GDPR, we have adopted a new Privacy Notice which applies to all personal data provided to us by parents/carers about themselves, their child(ren) and their emergency contacts. Personal data is any information relating to an identified, or identifiable, person.

Requests Made During School Closure

Requests received during or just before school closure periods will not be able to be responded to within the one-calendar month response period.  

As a result, it is unlikely that your request will be received during this time, we will endeavour to comply with requests as soon as possible and will keep in communication with you as far as possible once we officially receive request and acknowledge. 

If your request is urgent, please provide your request during term times and not during/close to closure periods.
