ELSA is an initiative developed and supported by educational psychologists.
It recognises that children learn better and are happier in school if their emotional needs are also addressed to support well-being.
At our school, we’re proud to offer the Parenting Puzzle Programme—a supportive, practical course designed to help parents and carers build positive relationships with their children. Rooted in the principles of emotional well-being, connection, and empathy, the programme offers tools and strategies to manage everyday challenges, encourage cooperation, and nurture confident, happy children.
The Parenting Puzzle aims to:
Strengthen parent-child relationships
Build emotional understanding and resilience
Promote positive discipline and communication
Support healthy family routines and boundaries
Delivered in a warm, non-judgmental environment, the course gives parents the confidence and skills to bring out the best in their children—and themselves.
